Knowledgeable and Compassionate Legal Support During Times of Change
Whether you're starting a new chapter in your life or closing an old one, let us be your partner through this important transition.
Meet Jeanne M. Browne
Over the past 30 years, I have helped many people through the separation and divorce process as a family law attorney. Rarely is it a swift and comfortable journey. After years of litigating in courtrooms, I realized that both sides were usually dissatisfied with the judge’s ruling.
In contrast, when I am a mediator or collaborative attorney, I see people look for ways to compromise and see each other’s viewpoint. When they learn to appropriately communicate their needs and goals, they create their own outcomes–controlling their own future.
If you want to learn more about ways to resolve issues without court, I would enjoy the opportunity to meet with you.

Get The Right Start
Everyone enters marriage hopeful their love will last forever. Open discussion and proper planning can help ensure yours does.
The process of creating a prenuptial agreement doesn’t just protect you should you need our other services down the road, but makes it less likely you will.
Alternatives to Litigation
Are you finding yourself in a difficult place that you never expected to be? You are not alone. Change can be hard, especially when it comes to separating a family. You may really want to end this cooperatively, but that seems out of reach because you simply cannot communicate with each other. You don’t have to fight it out in a courtroom. You are more likely to find your way to a mutually satisfactory resolution if you work with a mediator or collaborative attorney.
We Care About Your Entire Family
Not every couple needs to choose divorce. Even when the situation seems beyond repair, often there is hope.
But if you’ve exhausted your options and feel reconciliation is just not possible, let us support you through the separation process. From child specialists and divorce coaches to financial consultants and specialized legal experts, we’ll pull a team together to support the financial, emotional, and legal needs of you and your entire family.
We’ll always work closely with you to make sure the emotional health and well-being of your children comes first.
